Room photos you upload to the AI Redesign Studio, plus the style selections you make, are stored securely and visible only to you and Naomi.

Your information is used to respond to you, prepare for your consultation, and tailor design concepts and property guidance.

Notifications

Submissions and concierge handoffs generate an email digest to Naomi so nothing slips through.

Never sold

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising. Limited service providers (email delivery, AI processing, secure file storage) handle data only to operate this site.

Session cookie

A secure, httpOnly cookie keeps you signed in. It's strictly necessary for the client portal to function.

Local storage

We store your cookie choice, a guest conversation id, and a redesign guest token so your experience continues where you left off.

Your choice

The consent banner lets you accept or decline. Declining keeps strictly-necessary storage only (sign-in and security); no analytics or advertising trackers are used either way.

Access & deletion

Email Naomi any time to review, correct, or delete your account, conversations, uploads, and redesigns.
