This website is informational

Content on this site — including neighborhood descriptions, price bands, and market commentary — is general information, not an offer, appraisal, or professional advice. Property availability and pricing change; everything is confirmed personally before you rely on it.

The AI concierge is not Naomi

The concierge is a digital assistant that speaks in Naomi's voice and shares her knowledge, but it is software — not Naomi Schiavone and not a licensed professional. Conversations with it do not create an agency relationship, legal advice, or a contract. Naomi reviews and follows up personally.

AI design renderings are concepts

Images produced by the AI Redesign Studio are illustrative design concepts generated from your photo. They are not photographs of real renovations, not construction plans, and not representations of a property's condition or permitted use. Always verify structural, permitting, and renovation questions with licensed professionals.

Fair housing

The Naomi Edit and Preferred Shore Real Estate conduct business in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable state law — Equal Housing Opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and generated redesign concepts belong to The Naomi Edit. Redesigns of your uploaded photos are exclusive previews for your personal use on this platform unless Naomi shares the finished file with you.
